Fall 2025
Forest Feast: Foraging & wild cuisine course
Forage wild edible plants, cook delicious food with fire, and learn about indigenous food culture from our Kanienkeha’ka guest instructors.
Five classes on Sundays, between September 28th to November 23rd.
Firekeepers: Bushcraft skills course
Learn practical wilderness living and bushcraft techniques. Craft what you need from the land, and feel at home in wild places.
6 Classes, on Saturdays (and one Sunday) between Oct. 4th to Dec. 13th.
Winter 2025 /26
Winter Wise: culture, ecology and expedition skills
Dates TBD. Winter Wise will be back in January 2026! Course info, updated dates and registration coming soon, in October.
Spring 2026
Forest Feast: Foraging & wild cuisine course

Dates TBD. The spring FF course usually runs from the end of March until mid-June.
Firekeepers: Bushcraft skills course
Learn practical wilderness living and bushcraft techniques. Craft what you need from the land, and feel at home in wild places.

Summer 2026
Summer courses are still TBD, but are likely to include:
- A foraging camp (3-4 days)
- Firekeepers level 2: Expedition skills course and canoe trip
- Urban plant walks
