Winter 2025 /26
Winter Wise: culture, ecology and expedition skills
3 classes in January/February + 3-day mini-expedition February 13/14/15th. Possible to join just the classes or the trip.
Spring 2026
Forest Feast: Foraging & wild cuisine course
Forage wild edible plants, cook delicious food with fire, and learn about indigenous food culture from our Kanienkeha’ka guest instructors.
Dates TBD. The spring FF course usually runs from the end of March until mid-June.
Firekeepers: Bushcraft skills course
Learn practical wilderness living and bushcraft techniques. Craft what you need from the land, and feel at home in wild places.
Dates TBD. The spring FK course usually runs from early March until mid-June.
Summer 2026
Summer courses are still TBD, but are likely to include:
- A foraging camp (3-4 days)
- Firekeepers level 2: Expedition skills course and canoe trip
- Urban plant walks
